What if you did the opposite?

The more you function from one end of an extreme, the more impactful spending time in the other extreme would be. If you’re always busy, take some time for introspection. If you’re always surrounded by people, do something alone. If you never exercise, do some push-ups or a short walk around the block. Do it for a week and I know you’ll learn something major about yourself. The farther you are from something, the more you’ll discover about yourself by stepping closer to it.
