We are in one of two energies in life: the energy of fear or the energy of fearlessness.
In fear, we are constrained, scared, driven by what we don’t want to have happen.
In the energy of fearlessness, we are expansive, free, driven by limitlessness and abundance.
As a result of our conditioning, we are often in the energy of fear. And it is very easy for us to stay there because fear has created countless reasons to keep us there; countless reasons why we shouldn’t or can’t move into fearlessness, why it’s dangerous to do so even.
But here is one solid reason in favour of moving out of fear, and as far as I’m concerned the only reason we need—it feels right.
Being in the energy of fearlessness, truth, love feels right. We feel unconstrained, confident, light, expansive, limitless, creative, free. We are in a flow—flow of energy, flow of ideas, flow of vitality. And that feels right because that is who we are.
As a coach, one of my main objectives is to help clients move out of fear and into fearlessness.
As I see it, the energy of fearlessness is also the energy of love and truth.
