Questions for setting better priorities

Goals are a means to becoming a different person. And changing who we are is a means to altering our present-moment experience of life.

The reason many people fail at achieving their resolutions is because the resolutions are not sufficiently aligned with who they are and what they value most. These questions are designed to help bridge the gap.

  1. What’s been recurring?
  2. What energises you?
  3. What drains you?
  4. What will you experience when you achieve your goals?
  5. How can you experience that before you achieve your goals?
  6. What core values are the bedrock of these experiences?
  7. What actions create these experiences?
