We are the human and the spirit. The ego and the soul. The physical and the boundless.
The ego denies, controls and restricts. The soul welcomes. The ego blames and doubts. It wants to fix what doesn’t need fixing. The soul loves and soothes, regardless of shape and form. The ego shrinks, the soul expands.
The ego seeks answers. The soul is safe not knowing.
The ego comes from separation, the soul from oneness. The human is scared, confined. The soul is fearless and limitless.
The ego fears for its existence. The soul is free and timeless.
The ego is selective. The soul embraces all—the broken, the mistaken, the fearful, the lost, all that feels least deserving, and the scared ego, too.
