Your perspective creates your actions and hence your results. But what creates your perspective? Your subconscious mind and the ideas and notions it holds about yourself, life and others. To change your mindset, you need to understand what creates it. Anything that’s as it is serves you more than not—but sometimes what serves you is not of service to you. We hold onto behaviours that hold us back because there’s some hidden “benefit” to them or because the resistance to change is stronger than the pain of our current reality.

I’m fascinated with the human condition. I’ve spent a lot of my life studying it. What drives and moves us. What makes us who we are. What gives meaning to our lives. How we live our best life and realise our greatest potential in performance, health, relationships.
